The Money is in the follow up!
The leads you receive through the co-op have all had to double opt in to get to your website. This means they are not only highly targeted but they are also pretty determined to find out what Success University has to offer. Added to this we have asked for a phone number means these people want to be contacted.
The best advice I can give to anyone is to call the person up. If they are international get yourself set up with cheap international calls. If your based in the UK dial this number first and then follow the instructions 0844 861 9090. As an example calls to the US are only 1p per minute. Refer to the cold calling script in your back office for some tips on how to posture yourself etc.
If for any reason you are not in a position to call all your leads then the next best method is to get yourself set up with an email autoresponder. You have to understand that follow up by email is not as direct as talking to someone. On average people need to be presented with your information seven times before they take action. Now if your organised enough to send an email yourself then don’t worry about the autoresponder but that takes a lot of work.
When you handle the amount of leads that I do then you look for ways to automate the process so for those people I can’t contact I place them into my Aweber autoresponder. This is the industry leader when it comes to email follow up as it delivers to far more email servers. For details click here.
